Refund policy
All sales are final. However, if there's a problem with your order (your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item) contact us within 3 days and provide photo evidence of the item/s.
Buyers in the EU
Based on European Union Directive on Consumer Rights, EU buyers have the right to return the product by contacting us within 14 days after receiving the item.
Important: This rule does not apply to custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items), items on sale, digital items, gift cards, intimate items and unsealed goods that can't be reused for health or hygiene reasons and perishable goods (such as food and flowers).
Return (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To start a return, you must first contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping (if applicable)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
