Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Pre-Order Items
Sometimes, some of our products are available on a pre-order basis (these items will be clearly marked as such in a title). This means the item is not currently in stock but will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available (unless stated otherwise).
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are also listed on each product page — please review the item description carefully before ordering.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from EU. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
EUROPE: 5 - 10 business days
CANADA and AUSTRALIA: 15 - 20 business days
EVERYWHERE ELSE: 10 - 20 business days
UNITED STATES: 8 - 12 business days (Temporary stop on shipping to the US)
Note: Delays can sometimes happen due to logistics holdups, the holiday season, and other factors. Please understand that we cannot control this, so please be patient.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the package weight.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for Non-EU Orders)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
7. Delivery Issues & Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot redirect parcels once they are in transit.
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link first. If there’s no update or the package seems lost, contact us.
